ERP Permits Water management districts

This layer displays Environmental Resource Permits (ERP’s) issued from one of the water management districts in Florida. These permits address water issues such as wetlands, stormwater, and floodplain issues for land uses such as residential, commercial, airports, schools, jails, , roads. This layer shows previous or expired permit rights and requirements, some of which are required in perpetuity. The ERP Permits – DEP layer shows the same info but for different land uses such as single family, docks, mining, marinas, and other coastal land uses.
